Online Returns Policy
We hope that you will love your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a store credit, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt when products are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. Please follow the 4 steps outlined below to return your products to Blush Beauty Bar:
Step 1
Please email customer service at 411@blushbeautybar247.com to obtain a returns authorization number (RA#). You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided on your receipt that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Step 2
Once you have received your RA#, please enter it into the space provided on the returns form included with your order. Please indicate on this form whether you would like a store credit, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.
Step 3
Please return your package by recorded delivery(retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) within 5 days of receiving your RA#.
Step 4
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your store credit, replacement or exchange has been processed. Please allow a maximum of 15 working days for your store credit, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

PINK DOOR CLUB (PDC) We love you just as much as you love beauty. We think you should be rewarded for your dedication to lip-gloss, your commitment to great skin & your loyalty to our great beauty artists. Pink Door Club is our thank you for your support of a small locally owned and operated business. • For every $200 you spend you’ll receive a $10 Rewards Certificate • Priority notice of new products, promotions, events, and sales before the general public • Complimentary samples, when available • Free Shirley Temple for your birthday PINK DOOR CLUB: GLITTERATI Level If you spend $1000 or more in a 12-month period, we’ll automatically upgrade you to the next level: Glitterati. You’ll enjoy all of the above, as well as: • A $20 Rewards Certificate for every $200 you spend • Complimentary deluxe samples, when available PINK DOOR CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Applying for and using a Pink Door Club Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms. Therefore you will need to read them carefully. Print a copy for your records. Know that we may change the Terms and Conditions, and the PDC Program at any given time. Members will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms when they use their PDC Card. So, please review these Terms from time to time online at blushbeautybar247.com or contact us directly. 2. Pink Door Club membership is free. No purchase necessary. You can apply for a PDC Card in-store. 3. If you are under 13, you must get parent or legal guardian’s signature on Membership application. 4. This is a loyalty program for only you. You may not transfer your PDC Card or it’s Rewards balance to any other person. If you lose your card, contact us immediately so we can re-issue you one. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use of your Rewards. 5. We reserve the right to revoke a Membership at anytime for any reason. 6. Rewards Certificates are issued based on qualifying Blush Beauty Bar purchases. Each time a Member spends $200 a Reward Certificate is granted. The rewards have no expiration date. The value of the reward that is awarded for each $200 spent will depend upon the level that the Member falls within: PDC: • Where members have not been upgraded to Glitterati they will be considered to be at PDC level and will be entitled to make program purchases with their Rewards Certificate worth an equivalent of $10.00 for every $200 spent. PDC Glitterati: • Where Members Cards first record that they have spent $1000.00 or more within a 12-month period, they will be upgraded to Glitterati for a year from that date. • Glitterati Members will be entitled to make program purchases with their rewards certificate worth an equivalent of $20 for every $200 spent, for the duration of that year. • If Member spends a further $1000.00 within the year, they will remain in Glitterati for the duration of the next year. • If Member does not spend a further $1000.00 within that year, they revert back to PDC and their spending history up until that date will no longer count towards an upgrade. • PDC Rewards Certificate will be mailed within the month following qualification. • PDC Rewards Certificate must be present at time of redemption. 7. Member’s accumulation and use of Pink Door Club Rewards Certificates: only 1 PDC card may be used per transaction; dollars spent are accumulated on a 12-month basis; if a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the dollars spent on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly; dollars spent cannot be applied retrospectively; Rewards Certificates have no cash value. 8. Redemption of PDC Rewards Certificates: Members can redeem Rewards Certificate in store after the pending 2 week period; they may be used as part of or full payment. If the product purchased is less than the equivalent amount of the rewards, the remaining rewards balance will be left in your account; only one Reward Certificate can be used per transaction; purchases made with Reward Certificates may not be re-converted back into dollars spent; any refund or items purchased using Rewards will be made by crediting the applicable amount of dollars back into the PDC account; Rewards Certificates may not be redeemed for cash or used for gratuities. 9. Purchasing gift certificates will not earn you rewards. PDC rewards cannot be used to purchase gift certificates. 10. As a Member, you can terminate your program at any time. Just let us know via email or phone. If your account is inactive for a period of 18 months or more, we have the right to close the account. Therefore, any points that were accredited to your account will be invalid. 11. If you would like to know your membership status, please contact us via email or phone. If you feel we are incorrect about your status, and you can show us our mistake(s) we will correct the account. However, if it’s not clearly our error, our decision will be final. 12. By participating in the Pink Door Club program, you agree that we may contact you by email with promotional offers, contests, news, update and account balance. Visit us in-store to sign up and receive your new Pink Door Club card. How do I earn points? Points are earned every time you purchase products and services online or in-store. You will earn 1 point per every $1 dollar you spend. You cannot earn points or redeem Pink Door Club Rewards on gift certificate/gift cards/vouchers. How much do I need to spend to receive a $10 Reward certificate? Receive a $10 Reward certificate for every $200 spent. However, if you spend $1000 or more within a 12-month period, you will qualify for the Glitterati level and receive a $20 certificate for every $200 you spend. How are points tracked? Blush will keep track of your points. When you make a purchase with us, your receipt will show your newly earned points as well as points needed to receive your next reward certificate. What is Glitterati level membership? Members upgrade to Glitterati status when they have spent $1000.00 or more within a 12-month period. This level earns $20 for every 200 points earned. Rewards will be mailed to Glitterati members as they are earned. If the member does not spend $1000.00 within that year, they will automatically revert back to level 1 status. If I forgot my Pink Door Club card can I get the points added at a later date? Sadly our system does not allow point adjustments. However, if you forget your card tell us you’re a member and we can look you up in our system to track your points. Oops, I lost my card, now what? Let us know and we will issue you a new membership card. When can I redeem my points and do they expire? Your points will be registered 14 days after your purchase. Points do not expire for active members. Can my membership expire? No. However, if inactive for a period of 15 months or more, your card will become invalid and the remaining points will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded.
